I think Lou Reed proves that you don't need a good singing voice to be considered a legend. You just need an interesting personality and instrumentals to compliment it.
Kinda hurts to rate a JPEGMAFIA album this low, but then again, if you're out here being boastful and want to claim the throne in "experimental rap", you got to swing harder than this. I would much rather pass the crown off to By Storm.
