My favourite album of all time
,,The Downward Spiral" is a third album from musical mastermind and only member of Nine Inch Nails (at that time): Trent Reznor. This record is NINs greatest success that established them as one of many legendary rock acts of 90s.
Since release of grammy winning EP ,,Broken", it was pretty clear that Reznor is heading in completely different way. Industrial-synthpop sound of their debut ,,Pretty Hate Machine" was replaced by more distorted, guitar ... read more
Yeah, this absolutely fucks!
I've heard about Angine de Poitrine few times prior listening to this. The clips from their KEXP performance took the niche music community by storm and to be honest I didn't really paid too much attention, however I thought the costumes were pretty cool.

Haven’t heard much Deathcore in my life, but you know...I dont have to be chef to know there’s shit on my plate. At least the chorus of "Withering Flower" made me laugh beacuse of how awful it is.

However I get the appeal of this, its very bold, adventerous and playful record, but the disjointed and chaotic nature of this just isnt for me I guess and on top of that I find the songs to be quite samey. Still, its probably one of the most unique and psychedelic records Ive heard in a while, I just didnt find it very enjoyable...
HAVE NO FEAR. PRAY FOR LOVE.

I can happily say that Maruja didn't ... read more
Wow, I didn't expect an album with a fish on the cover to go this HARD
