The album opens up on a title-track interlude - 'To Better Days' - that does absolutely nothing and means absolutely nothing, so, that creative choice was interesting. The first real song, 'Prayers' is a pretty solid intro the album and does a good job at showcasing the sound of the record. Ronnie James Dio is one of the greatest vocalists to ever haved walked the Earth.
Seeing these guys live with F11 and Alien Ant Farm. Had never heard of them before the tour announcement but I can safely say I'm excited to see them now! I'm not in love with the lead's voice but I'm not offended by it. Everything here is pretty solid.

'WAVE THE BULL' is spunky and full of character... is the character interesting? Well, no, not really. But at least it's there.
This sounds like exactly what you'd expect from a 2025 Sick Puppies record. Nothing is terrible (except the closing track), nothing is great. I'm bored but I don't regret giving the album a listen.
