This thing is starting off pretty good but I don’t enjoy it as much as the previous album which set my hopes kind of high once again. I did enjoy the chords during the chorus of the third song “Half the World”. Rush's worst songwriting by a long shot, some songs are corny but I do think people overhate on this album a teeny bit too much

Definitely the most enjoyable album since 'Hold Your Fire'. There were a few songs on here I genuinely enjoyed and there was nothing overly bad on here but for the most part it was still quite boring.

Rush has abandoned the experimentation on Counterparts and has gone back to making the same generic prog/hard rock they were doing in the late 80s.

Also, the lyrics on this album are very dumb. Like Dog Years, using dog years as a metaphor for how fast time flies compared to a dog? I think Rush has run out of things to talk about lol. Also, the line from Test For Echo, "Don't change the station, it's a gangsta nation," is very cringe, boomer, and a little racist? (I put a ... read more

I like the riffs on here, but yet again, this album really lacks a wow-factor. But if this is the worst that Rush has to offer, according to the users, then I'm lucky!
