hypnotic, i loved when the sounds almost feel like they're pulsating, the whole thing sounds mechanical and organic at the same time, pretty cool
edit: couldn't figure out what vibe it gave me but now i know, it sounds like a spaceship!

Was a bit more lukewarm on this than I was expecting, given how much love I have for a lot of this groups' contemporaries, but this is still an eerie and challenging ambient album that still sounds so damn ahead of its time.

This album is not good and is mostly bad, as while the drone textures and some of the industrial noises do create for some interesting moments, it mostly is pretty stale and boring, with this album not sounding all that great and having some pretty bad moments. This album is actually an appropriate length, as while some segments do feel longwinded and not interesting, in the context of the album it does make sense for their length and this album doesn’t feel too long. for what’s essentially one of the first ambient space drone albums ever, it’s still incredibly entrancing and easy to get lost in. go into a dark room, take some shrooms, and prepare to lose track of time and reality.

One of the godfathers of drone. If nothing else, this album is proof of how experimental and groundbreaking the 70s Krautrock scene was, and you should definitely check out more bands from that wave.
