The massive lite-EDM duo the Chainsmokers portray themselves as hilariously repugnant caricatures, and on Collage, they paint a photorealist portrait of their manspread over the charts.

One of the most uninspiring and unpleasant records I've heard. It's simply unlistenable.

I mean, it's fucking bad.

It's an improvement over the dumpster fire they'd eventually drop the following year but that mostly comes down to the significantly smaller runtime and the ability to make hooks that, while excruciating, give the songs something - not a good "something", but something at least.

I do not hate them, because the first album I particularly found good. But this album is one of the worst I've ever heard, it's just plain disgusting and dull.
