The tyler album comes out in 5 minutes so i thought it would be a good time to revisit the last one
I listened to this on release and remember liking this
I think it's pretty good
Theres a lot of songs i like namely darling I, sticky, take your mask off, tomorrow, and balloon
Overall good album, i dont really know how ranks against the other tyler albums but still pretty good
The sequels coming out soon and this has been on my list for a while so i decided to listen to this today
The instrumentals are great
It all sounds very smooth if that makes any sense
The rapping is all very good but idk if its just me but at a certain point it all just sounds the same
Out of the ten tracks i would say i like about 4 of them but the rest are fine
2nd favorite album of all time
Good example of a perfect album
No bad songs
No bad features, whether it's the high energy verse from ye or the amazing vocals from Justin Bieber, Sza, or the weeknd, or 2 Chainz rapping about breast milk, or even just quavo’s ad-libs
All around flawless classic
Its hard to say rn but this might be another perfect album
First time i listened to this i did not like this, but the more i revisit this the better it gets
Schoolboy and rocky have my favorite back and forth on a track ever
Some of my favorite songs ever
Perfect listen to just put on for 50 minutes and just zone out
First peak album of the list
What more can I say?
Cudi montage one of the best songs ever
First denzel album of the list and its very good
Most people only ever talk about his more recent albums but there's something to be said about some of his early works like this and nostalgic 64
No bad tracks all of them are good
Even with all that said probably on the lower end of his overall discography, that isn't really a bad thing because this is still really good
Ice age, lord vader kush pt 2, ultimate, and 32 ave are all insane
Very good debut
Only like two bad songs the rest are amazing
Might end up being my favorite carti album
Flex, magnolia, location, wokeuplikethis*, and new choppa are all top carti
I'm mixed
I thought most of the songs weren't bad but I just wasn't feeling them
Some of the songs were very good
I really like ain't it funny. It's been one of my favorite songs I've listened to recently
I have some thoughts on really doe
- The first time I heard this song I thought it was really good but as time has gone on my opinion has gotten more mixed
- The beat is great
- Kendrick’s hook and verse are both amazing
- Danny does good
- The ab soul ... read more
I only really know kayccy for their collaborations with Kanye and a couple songs of this album
I liked gesaffelstein’s production. All the beats sounded nice
This sounds mean but I would love to see an album produced by them by a better rapper
Overall I liked a few songs and there's nothing outright bad on here it just ranges from ok to good
It's only 20 minutes so maybe I'll revisit it another time
I haven't listened to this for I think 6-8 months so I thought it was worth a revisit
This was the first Kanye album I listened to in full
Absolute classic
No misses there are some weaker tracks but there still good
The highlights definitely make up for any weak tracks
Stronger, the glory, flashing lights, champion, I wonder, and homecoming are some of the greatest songs of all time
I love it but not as much as some of Kanye's other albums
I've never listened to Vince I just heard he was good
At first I thought he sounded kinda like André
Amazing production
This sounds very different from what I usually listen to but I like it
My main criticism is that I feel like Vince doesn't have a huge presence over the tracks, like when listening to Kanye or Rocky they have this huge presence over whatever their on, but maybe this is just a stylistic choice
I've listened to this album a couple times in the past
This is one of the best albums I've ever listened to
In the past I've listened to a couple lil Uzi albums and save for a few standout tracks couldn't really get into them
I usually love their features
Out of the now three Uzi albums I have listened to I think I liked this the most
I have similar thoughts towards this as wlr so this will probably be a grower
I've always liked anderson paak but I haven't really delved into anything from him
This was quite enjoyable
Not as good as make yourself but it's still very good
Aqueous transmission is enough to put it up high
