Its a good album that could have made for a great EP.
There's far too many filler in this record that adds nothing to the album whatsoever.
The production is great and the vocals really do shine in songs like 'Drunk I' and 'In Love Again' but the number of ideas that were not expanded on and thrown on this album for whatever reason do sadly detract from the listening experience.
I hope for better in the future.
Good music i don't care for.....
Decent enough but not attention grabbing....
Pretty 1 Dimensional...
Lacks energy and is lyrically not worth engaging in...
Vocally its not very strong and the phrasing of most of the lyrics also acts as an interruption to actually enjoying the songs
Overall at best its okay background music and at its worst, its just bland and uneventful.
PS:'Still In Motion' slaps though.
After listening to this LP for some time now and allowing myself to absorb it, it really ins't all that special.
There's really nothing here all that fascinating and barely keeps you paying attention through most of the album.
The production, while a little more sunny and bright contrasting well from their previous stuff, lacks real groove and ear candy. Its way too safe and far too predicable to invoke any kind of emotion from the listener.
Its painfully average.
Its just okay.
Nothing great or completely mind blowing but still captivating enough to listen to.
The production is pretty good and the features mostly work expect for the YEBBA ones.
Maybe a change in energy or mood could have elevated this album into more of an exciting listen but its still a decent LP.
Some standouts here include 'Pieces of Us' and 'Late Night Feelings'.
