This album is much more interesting than good. I don't really understand the reason anyone would listen to any of these songs. Yes, some songs are good, and while every song sounds like complete dogshit it is undeniable that the production of this album is top tier. There is nothing quite like Close to the Edge. While I have no idea if it was Yes' intentions, I don't think any album has ever sounded more like nature ever. I remember I had gone on a hiking trip in New Mexico for Boy Scouts, and on one of the last days we had a campsite right next to a tiny stream.
