As a die-hard Chromeo fan I feel like there are some duds on here. Some tracks are AMAZING though
Fave tracks: (I Don't Need A) New Girl, Lost And Found, Personal Effects
This manages to make me feel nostalgic for those first few months of covid
Fave tracks: 'Roni Got Me Stressed Out, Cabin Fever
This album is way more palatable than The Money Store but I still don't get the hype
A whirlwind of fun
Fave tracks: シルブプレ [S'il vous plait], ハートに火をつけたならばちゃんと消して帰って [Don't light my fire]
For the first 3 tracks this album is a demonic summoning ritual. The closing track kind of sounds like video game background music and isn't as enjoyable. Definitely a unique experience.
Albums shouldn't be 2h long
The Hitler bar by Method Man was out of nowhere. The phone sex for like 3 minutes at the end of Book 1 was a bit cooked.
Fave tracks: All About U, Life Goes On, California Love, Can't C Me
Fave tracks: Black Math, Seven Nation Army, The Hardest Button to Button
Screw the haters this album is great
Fave tracks: Furthest Thing, Worst Behavior, From Time, HOWGH, Connect, Pound Cake
I love the vibe of this album.
It might be nostalgia, but Welcome to Heartbreak hits SO hard.
Robocop started off weird but finished well.
Street Lights has a great melody and vibe but I feel like he's overdoing it with the staticy/lowres audio
Fave tracks: Welcome to Heartbreak, Heartless, Paranoid
Maybe I'm basic but this album is really fun
Fave tracks: Manchild, Tears, When Did You Get Hot?
This album is way more consistent than Thriller. No skips on this one
Fave tracks: Bad, Liberian Girl, Man in the Mirror, Dirty Diana, Smooth Criminal
Great album but it’s not a 10. The Paul McCartney song is goofy and the singles are noticeably better than most of the other tracks.
Fave tracks: Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean
The “here in your arms” sample was a surprise.
Fave tracks: New Flower!, Sage Time, 13MOS, Arc de Triomphe
