The Song Remains the Same is such a strong start to the album
The Crunge is a surprisingly annoying song
The tropical D'yer Mak'er was a nice surprise
The atmosphere of No Quarter is incredible

The back half of the album isn't as bad as the ratings led me to believe

I never noticed synth in the background of the Bye Bye Bye chorus

This I Promise You was okay, I'm kind of surprised it was a single over No Strings Attached
That's When I'll Stop Loving You is actually a nice ballad

Tearin' Up My Heart is such a heavy hitter to start off with
(God Must Have Spent) A Little More Time on You is too slow and uninteresting for me
You Got It had a fun little a cappella thing going on in the middle
Not sure why I Need Love has such a low rating, the instrumental is a nice eurodance beat
I Want You Back deserves the resurgence it's getting
The spoken word section on Everything I Own felt out of place

The title track isn't as good as I had remembered it to be
Impressive Instant has an unpleasant sound in the chorus
I Deserve It feels more like the cover art than the first 3 tracks

This album was a bit disappointing. Maybe I just liked By Your Side because of nostalgia. Some of the tracks here are just boring

Breakbot was one of my favourite artists in the early '10s. This album is so nostalgic.

The guitarist must've gotten really tired of playing the same riff for an hour straight. This album is about 6 times too long

There's a fine line between ambient music and background noise. A lot of these tracks fall in the latter category. I can't imagine anyone willingly choosing to listen to this in its entirety. The critic reviewers must've been smoking crack. My first 0 rating

Falling back plays the beat out much longer than it needed to
I wish the instrumental in Texts Go Green was highlighted more
Currents has an okay beat. Not too memorable though
A Keeper has a soothing yet haunting sound to it. The end of the track is so good
Calling My Name is just uninteresting
Sticky is more of a typical Drake song, less house here
Massive is a great house track
Flight's Booked has really relaxing vocals

Kind of a forgettable album

Just like with Iceman there's so many unnecessary beat switches that ruin otherwise fun songs

I wish there weren't so many tracks that completely change beats halfway through. Ran To Atlanta starts off amazing but then there's a beat switch before Future comes in and the track's momentum gets killed.

This album is all over the place. Each track falls into 3 major categories:
1) Crazy drill and bass
2) Soft piano pieces
3) Ambient sounds from subway stations at 2am

The tracks aren't grouped together in any discernible way. If he took out the subway station tracks, kept all the DnB on this album, and moved the piano stuff to an LP, this album would be a whole lot better.
