Experimentative, which I like, but most songs in a way that feels completely random and without order - something that could be made by a person who just started learning music. Even though most of the album is like this, there are definitely some highlights which make it worth to listen to.
How have I put off such an amazing album for so long?
The soundscape created by Richard in this album is simply amazing, creating most of the sounds by himself. Even the sounds that he sampled fit perfectly into the songs because of how he changed them drastically into perfection. The hypnotic beats are some of the best I have ever experienced, nearly only rivalled by his later work. And he did this all at the very start of his music career.

Don't really understand the problem with tracks 6-10. I get they are of a bit lower quality, but still good.
This album is definitely over hated - the beats feel fresh and professionally made, the rapping is fun and there are some highlights.
Even though I think it is overall good, there are some songs which are just plain bad, there are some awful skits and the lyrics are not the best.
Even though it is strange and normally not respectful to release an album after an artists death, "R U Still Down? (Remember Me)" uses many real 2Pac vocals and most of the songs would have been released even if he lived. Furthermore, this album is extremely similar to everything he released while he was alive.

The second half of the album definitely decreased the score a bit, but the lyrics and first half of the album are still great
