Wow. I have never heard a Nujabes song before this, and I'm stunned. The writing is amazing, the production is absolutely fantastic, and it feels almost cinematic. I just sat down and listened to the whole thing, and not a moment was boring. It's beautiful, sad, everything is there. Very easy 10/10, R.I.P Nujabes.

I really love the way Mica's vocals sound on these songs. I personally like star eyes a bit more than second sleep, but these are some absolutely stunning songs. Can't wait for their next full project!

Definitely one of the best records of all time. Absolutely beautiful instrumentals, surprisingly dense lyrical content, and the vocals are just so raw it's almost awe-inspiring. This is one of my favorite mixtapes of all time. Super fun, the production goes insane, and this thing just will not stop growing on me. Would not be surprised if I end up coming back to review this a 100/100 in the future.

Honestly, this album deserves a 9/10 purely for the track "i think about you all the time". It is in my top 3 for songs this year. The whole album has wonderful vocals and instrumentals, and I love the incorporated shoegaze elements. Super fun listen with some absolutely amazing songs. Worth a listen.

the best experience with music I've ever had

Words can't describe the experience this album took me on. Honestly, I'm feeling pretty bad physically as I'm writing this, and as I was listening. This album is not just music. It's one of the greatest artistic masterpieces ever conceived. Every song has not even a second of sound that I would change. There are no lows, only higher highs. Watching the movie with the album is a surreal experience. This is inspiring to the highest degree. Thank you Quadeca, Album Of The Year.

100% a must listen, this is a true example of nearly perfect conscious hip hop album. open waters and the giver are the standouts for sure, but all of the songs are 9-10s. MAVI is definitely one of my favorite rappers right now, and I am extremely looking forward to his next project. If you liked this project, you should listen to his verse on Triangle Offense that he put out this year, such a banger.

I've never heard of this album or genre until now, and my GOSH does it slap. So energetic, the drops are hard asf, and there's just something so amazing about this that's super captivating. Will definitely be in my rotation for a while.
