Genuinely a magical experience. Glitter is such a calming and beautiful album, and it's a shame that this is the only album Pasteboard ever put out, there's so much potential here. I think the intro track, Breakbeats, might be the best shoegaze song I've ever heard.
None of these songs stand out to me and I'm never returning to this. Pretty disappointed considering how much I loved Technology
I wasn't feeling it much on the first listen but I've had it on repeat since. I love how colorful and seamless the production is and lonemoon's unique delivery adds a texture to the songs that I don't think could be achieved if anyone else was doing it.
Edit: 4/27/21 my point still stands but wtf lonemoon
I genuinely don't think I can listen to this album anymore, especially the love song on here knowing what I know now
originally gave this a positive score but i want to discourage people ... read more
I thought Igor by Tyler was what got me into rap but looking back I bumped this all the time back in 7th grade lmao
While there isn't a specific song that I come back to off this, I've been putting this on while I do homework and it's great. The production is surprisingly really cohesive, and the transitions between each track really bring the whole project together. I admit that some of the verses can get a bit repetitive, but overall it's a really fun project and I'm excited to see what AJ does next. I'd also like to add that after the journey that I've had with dltzk this year, it was so cathartic when ... read more
definitely not as colorful as teen week in terms of production but its still pretty good
demahjiae deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as people like mavi and pink siifu, this album is so creative with its instrumentals and has many beautiful moments on it
Original Score: 75
not really a fan of lil nesley but I liked them being more personal here
Edit: I think this was the gateway I needed to enjoy more of their work
Original Score: 70
I haven't listened to this because it's a 145 track album but I skimmed it and it was some of the funniest shit I've seen in a while
I wish I could hear this for the first time again, the surprise factor was huge
