This album didn’t really do a lot for me, and after listening to it, I just feel tired. There weren’t many “Low points” on the album but at the same time, I don’t really feel like there were many high points either. It just felt a little boring.
This is probably one of my favourite britpop albums. The lyrics are often talking on topics relating to society, with the charismatic delivery often drawing your attention away from it. Every song just sounds great in general too.
This album has some of the best beats and flows. I just love every song on it.
Everything about this album just feels so haunting. The sound and instrumentation is so dreamlike and hazy in an oddly beautiful way, with lyrics of despair and pain said in such a heartbreaking way. This is an incredible album.
Probably one of the best rap albums of this decade so far. JID’s flow and wordplay is incredible and I really enjoyed it. JID also experimented with his vocals in Kody Blu 31, which definitely worked out.
Has the potential to be higher, but so far is just an immensely packed album that despite so much going on, feels so desolate and melancholy in Its sound. Just an overall great album with some really dark and bleak-sounding instrumentation and production.
I thought the album was great, however after a few more listens, it starts to almost blend together and I consistently forget some songs exist. Still a great album though.
I had to listen to this album on YouTube because I didn't want Spotify To think I liked this. I was laughing at the first 3 songs and then I just got tired of the sound. I really dislike the singer's voice. The instrumentals only fill me with indifference. The NIN diss just feels pointless. The best song (Rollin) is ok at best. I never really want to return to this album.
Chris Cornell's vocals are great. The songs are great. The guitars are great. The Drumming is great. The bass is great. Everything is great (Except half). I love it (Except half).
While it's a big change in pace from Soundgarden and Cornell's other bands and projects, I really liked it. His voice seems to really fit the slower and more sombre songs. I think It's my favourite album By Chris Cornell outside of Soundgarden.
I really didn't expect to like this album. I love the beats and I think his performance is great. I really appreciate how calm and introspective it was. I'll probably return to this album every now and then.
This is the type of music I'd listen to when I was younger. I enjoyed it and was nice to listen back to it after a while but I do think they're pretty overblown and overrated. It is a good album though.
Holy Shit, I thought the Drake diss tracks were great but this is just incredible. I had to look in the mirror after as if I was the one being dissed. Wow.
The album is full of really great songs that you can follow quite easily.
This is one of my favourite live albums ever. Jeff Buckley's performances on every song were incredible and his voice is undeniably powerful. It's very interesting to listen to some of the original ideas for his songs and the covers are both respectful of the original, but are also great covers with his style weaved into the songs.
This album is so powerful and full of well-written emotionally driven songs. I don't think I can say something negative about this album. One of my first introductions to his music and I'm so glad I found out about it. It's a masterpiece full of hauntingly beautiful songs.
Probably one of my favourite metal albums. The vocal performances of Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian are great and even haunting in some parts. It is just a very powerful album full of great songs with great riffs and performances.
