dude if this album is like this single, this may be Kalis best album, it sounds so much like Isolation, and her vocal performance is super great. this year may be peak for music
sounds like if frank ocean has bossa nova elements, very good, I like this direction for quadiddler
these guys are just having a freak off, also what does "slow it down like macaroni" mean??? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
pretty good, i appreciate the playlistability, but nothing super special, just a sax piano and drums, still great tho
very great jazz project, part C D and E are immaculate, and A and B r cool too
this was really solid, I need to visit more Saba, very chill. try to impress God was incredible and funny enough an impressive display of penmanship, I think I need to revisit Care For Me to appreciate it more
how did bro get 3 Kendrick features?!? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
ok so it actually came out, first of all it did not need to be 30 songs, this could've been 15-20 and it would've been so much better. this album has some serious bangers, Rather Lie, Good Credit, We Need All Da Vibes, he did cook on some songs. but some songs r just mid. Pop Out beat is out of hell or something, and there r just some forgettable songs..overall this is a good album, would I say it was worth the wait... no... also I ... read more
this was amazing, beautiful jazz work. the sparaticness (or however I spell it man idk) of the saxophone and drum work makes this so impressive yet a great listen. also part IV is peak humanity, that song was beautiful
i had higher hopes going into this, because CC4 made me realize Lecrae was talented. only issue was this album felt very much like generic Christian hip hop: generic beats and mediocre writing. some cuts had great writing or had great beats or great features, but there weren't any standout tracks, just some decent or good ones, this just felt very basic and I was hoping for more from lecrae
first song was amazing, but dang bro he must've HATED this John guy cuz that song felt like a panic attack ðŸ˜, impressive asf tho
amazing jazz, very peaceful, can't find a noticable flaw, amazing study music
it's pretty good for an ambient album, but that's like about all I can say, I mean, it's an ambience album, what is there to say? it was very peaceful tho
I know I know this is super low, this is still an amazing album, each beat is so solid. I think I need time to revisit it, but this may be one of my major rotations during lent, and even during studying, just due to it's very peaceful nature yet still being authentic hip-hop, I just can't justify it being higher at the current moment. the emotional significance as well, especially with a song like Don't Cry does give this album a lot of promotion, but I just like other albums ... read more
this is another really solid Christian rap project, and honestly regardless of the subject matter, nobigdyl is a super talented mc, so I'm happy someone can put out actually good Christian rap
I'm doing a Exodus 40, and part of that challenge is only music that lifts the soul to the Lord, so I figured I'd embark and find good Christian rap. this is a fairly good example, while a lot of these songs have certain creative choices I'm not a fan, overall this is very solid, and has quite a few bangers too, I'm impressed
low-key over rated, like it's good but if I had to look at it from. 2025 perspective I can't say I'm huge on it. for it's time it was amazing, and I can hear the hunger in his voice, however, certain lyrics or beats didn't age super well, also certain melodic cuts I'm not huge on, but most of my distaste is a personal preference tbh, it's not horrendous or anything
this song has legit been on repeat for song long, please drop soon asap, ur making ur name look silly
the production was very sick, a lot of variation which I really liked about it, there wasn't too much happening tho, and there were a few parts of certain songs I wasn't huge on, overall tho this was a pretty solid project, I may visit more Paris Texas if this is a good representation of their music
