Not what I was expecting. Not a bad direction just not the best executed in my opinion.

I actually don't find the Camila Cabello part as bad as most (not meaning I think its good). However, that Carti part is so uninteresting.

Sounds somewhat lifeless to me. Good production though. Just not good enough to carry the lazy writing and underwhelming vocals.

Great opener for the upcoming album, "Clancy". Brings us back to a lot of the sounds of their 2018 album "Trench" while being different enough to keep it interesting. Phenomenal production is what carries this for me personally. Not to say what Tyler Joseph adds to this is bad, just not quite on par with everything around it.

It's not the worst thing I could listen to. It's insanely close though.

I thought this was just getting unnecessary hate at first. Now I think a user score of 2 is a little too high.

An improvement from “SOUR”

On “GUTS” Olivia shows her music is moving forward. However, there are moments that make me cringe the same way SOUR does and they almost bother me more because what she’s capable of can clearly be seen now. First Paramore album I’ve listened to

While it is a really good project, there is a major disconnect for me because it sounds somewhat lifeless at times. Not usually for long but a repetitive chorus here and there. There really isn’t a whole of lot to say about this. I expected an hour of laughing my ass off but she actually took it pretty serious and even “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM”, which I wasn’t a fan of, worked better for me in the context of the album. On JID’s first two LPs “The Never Story” and “DiCaprio 2” he showed he had some potential to make some solid tracks. What this album does was not expected. 16 tracks without a single skip. Insane. This entire track list is full of punk bangers with great delivery. The lyrics are good, but not great. I enjoy that the sound is constantly evolving throughout the album to keep it entertaining. "Dream Job" is the only track I don't get. I find it annoying at times and that's enough to make it a disconnect for me. Pretty enjoyable art pop

I didn’t have very high expectations for this project but it easily exceeded them. This album is able scratch a similar itch that “An Awesome Wave” by Alt-J does. The lyrics throughout aren’t anything special but they aren’t bad by any means. The production is really what makes this album so good. Each song feels fresh but still cohesive as a full project.

Depression…

This album just rips out your heart from the very beginning. The deep depressive emotion she is able to convey through the raw, shaky vocals is unmatched. While at the same time the whole thing has a sitting by a warm campfire at night feel (very similar to Fleet Foxes). It’s comforting yet gut wrenching. Blown out sub in a Honda Civic music.

Starting off, the first two songs have some good verses and flows but that all slowly falls off. From track 3 through 8 Future doesn’t have a single interesting verse. Track 6, “Like That”, has some value though as Kendrick delivers a competitive verse. Calling out Drake as well as J. Cole. I like most of the production and mixing but the writing is pretty damn bad. The lyrics get played off as "deadpan" but that doesn't make up for the fact that it's unenjoyable. Maybe I'm just missing something. Idk. Overall, not a bad project just has very obvious and unavoidable flaws.
