I wonder what substances they were on when they made this...
Favorite song is "With a Little Help from My Friends"
Least favorite song is "Good Morning Good Morning"
Another absolute banger from the lads. Almost every track is stellar... with one exception.
Favorite song is "Eleanor Rigby"
Least favorite song is "Yellow Submarine"
Wow, this was a lot. Amazing production all around. Might be the best metal album of the year so far.
Favorite song is "Seething and Scattered"
Least favorite song is "Untethered" (not bad at all btw)
This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. So why can't I stop listening to it
Favorite song is all of them
Least favorite song is also all of them
Their best album up to now (I'm currently listening to all of their albums for the first time). Every single song on this one is a banger.
Favorite song is "Nowhere Man"
Least favorite song is "What Goes On" (Not bad at all, btw)
A solid debut for one of the longest lasting bands in modern history.
Favorite song is the title track
Least favorite song is "I'm a Man"
As someone who grew up fairly country-phobic, this was a nice time. She's got a lovely voice, and I love that her songs are actual stories instead of just the usual country-slop that I usually associate with the worst of the genre.
EDIT: Welp.
Favorite song is "Choosin' Texas"
Least favorite song is "You & Me Time"
I didn't realize that "Help" was spelt like "tYLV".
Favorite song is "Yesterday"
Least favorite song is "Dizzy Miss Lizzy"
...I think I blacked out. What just happened?
That was the most "In one ear, out the other" album I've heard in a long time.
Favorite song is "Imposter"
Least favorite song is "Lazy"
Understated, yet impactful storytelling through song. It's exactly what I was expecting. Not that that's a complaint or anything.
Favorite song is "Kathy's Song"
Least favorite song is "A Simple Desultory Philippic (Or How I Was Robert McNamara'd Into Submission)"
The final track is obviously the biggest standout. But the lengths of all the songs kinda drags it down for me. Only one kinda normal-length song? I enjoyed the album overall, but it also was an attack on my attention span.
Favorite song is "Trial of Tears"
Least favorite song is "Take Away My Pain"
I unabashedly support the movement of people being absolute messes of human beings on absolute banger albums.
Favorite song is "Innuendo (I Get U)"
Least favorite song is "Lovefield"
It's pretty standard southern rock faire. If you liked the previous BLS albums, you'll like this, too. The tribute to Ozzy is easily the best part.
Favorite song is "Ozzy's Song"
Least favorite song is "Back to Me"
"Son, I think it's time you and I had a little talk about the Byrds and the Beatles"
Favorite song is the title track
Least favorite song is "Spanish Harlem Incident"
When they say "mojo", that's where the thing from Austin Powers came from, right?
Favorite song is "I Can't Make Up My Mind"
Least favorite song is "I Got My Mojo Working"
It's definitely a sound that I personally don't hear very often. The length does drag it down a bit for me.
Favorite song is "You or Me"
Least favorite song is "Brickman"
Wow, ska really did come before reggae...
Anyway, this was a good time. Very laid back, relaxed, and in no hurry to get anywhere.
Favorite song is "One Love"
Least favorite song is "Put It On"
Okay, these guys might be the American Beatles. And just like anything that gets imported from the UK to the US, it loses what makes it so special in the first place. Not bad, just... okay.
Favorite song is "Let the Cold Winds Blow"
Least favorite song is "A Walk in the Sun"
You can REALLY hear the Chuck Berry and Bob Dylan influence on this one.
Favorite song is "Eight Days a Week" (forever a classic)
Least favorite song is "Honey Don't"
A true legend of jazz, even if I think this is one of her more decent albums.
Favorite song is "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood"
Least favorite song is "How Can I?"
