This is my favorite album of all time, so I thought I'd write a genuine review for it. This IS my favorite album ever, end of discussion but I'm going to go into why, track by track.
Pigs on the Wing 1
Just a really short, hopeful, calm, beautiful opening track. And as you find out as you go on, one of the only moments of levity on the entire album.

Swans - 9 (Original: 85)
This is probably one of the best entryway Swans albums, this isn't to the albums discredit, it's both expanding the Swans sound while also giving a very open experience to any listened, old or new. I really enjoy this album, but not every song is very solid. Killing for Company is one of the greatest songs.
Slowdive has been one of those bands ive heard of, but never actually listened too. Well, that's changing now, especially after this amazing debut. The sound is just pristine and expansively beautiful and just makes me all the more excited to listen to this band!
