Lil' Kim - Hard Core
86

Pretty good stuff for Lil Kim. Beats were nice and her flow and lyrics were smooth.

Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...
66

It isn't a bad album there are definitely parts that he should of done better especially with the skits.

The things him and ghostface killah say are on point but it feels like it's on almost every track there talking for about a minute onto the track. It kinda bores me but it is what it is.

Production wasn't bad but I felt like the vocals needed a lil more work.

2Pac - The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory
96

One of the best rap albums of all time Tupac also with the name of Machiavelli passed away just months before this album was released and once it got released hip hop changed forever for how it was.

Tupac recorded this album for only 7 days 3 for no recording process and four additional days for the editing and mixing.

This pretty much Mark says the fastest album that an artist or I should say a hip hop artist that has worked on that fast and it's very consistently good as well the production ... read more

JAY-Z - Reasonable Doubt
83

Good debut for Jay Z.

Beats were nice, collabs were amazing and as for Jay Z as an artist he's great for what he does.

This debut definitely shows how lyrical he is.

Dr. Dre - The Chronic
94

Everything about this album makes it one of the best out there.

Production, lyrics and also collabs.

Snoop Dogg was amazing and Dre with his producing I'm glad this was bad on Spotify.

Big L - Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous
87

Big L got flows and crazy lyrics for days, especially for his debut.

Beats were nice and production was good too.

Mobb Deep - The Infamous
93

Another '90s album that was phenomenal from front to back.

This group from queensbridge New York around 95 they made a lot of noise into the hip hop world...

And around April of 95 the infamous it has been released and it's one of the most known albums to date.

2Pac - 2Pacalypse Now
91

Awesome debut from Pac.

I pretty much listened to the other albums too and I will say, his discography has a lot of banger songs and it shows and it starts with this one in 91.

On his debut he had raw and intense storytelling songs that would bring you to the edge of your seat.

Rakim - The Master
82

It's a good album by Rakim.

Love the production and how he settles his style on here.

Lyrics and flow are good as well.

Popcaan - Great Is He
37

Production was fine but everything else seemed off to me. Making this sort of hard to listen to.

Riverside - ID.Entity
87

To me this is one of the best releases that has come out pretty early in 2023.

Riverside hasn't released an album since 2018 which it was Wasteland which to me it was a good album but this album to me was an improvement to their last album.

My favorite tracks on here are landmine blast,Post-Truth, big Tech brother and the place where I belong

Trippie Redd - MANSION MUSIK
30

25 tracks of shitty fuckery.... that's it. That's my review.

Ekoh - The D4tour
82

Good album by Ekoh.

Production was nice, his flows and lyrics very nice too.

Lil Yachty - Let's Start Here.
28

I don't know how the fuck this got even a high rating.

This album was rough and I wasted my time. Done with Yachaty.

Big Daddy Kane - Prince of Darkness
88

Big Daddy Kane can spit man, I love the beats on this album and his energy was really good too.

Snoop Dogg - Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told
83

I thought this record was good. People said the production was bad but to me it wasn't. I get it people have different takes but to me this isn't even a bad album, yall are just picky.

Nas - It Was Written
91

Back to back great albums from Nas.

Especially for this one the production was really good and his flows and lyrics are really good too.

Nas - Illmatic
96

Nas Early stuff is very important to hip hop.

Classic after Classic and I can say that this is almost a perfect album for me for 90s rap.

Eazy-E - Eazy-Duz-It
80

Good album from Eazy.

Love the samples and how he approached himself on this album was badass.

Production was nice for being an 80s album as well.

LL COOL J - Mama Said Knock You Out
75

LL Cool J got classics and it shows.

I genuinely like this album and the production itself.

His flows and lyrics were good as well.
