The production here is really good, I really love how it has a lot going on while not feeling overwhelming or messy. I enjoy how each track feels like it's own little story, it's very charming imo. My only issue is that some tracks are very long, which I know is the thing with progressive rock, but I still found myself spacing out on a few moments. That could just be a me problem though, or the fact that I'm very tired rn lol.

I mean, I was kinda expecting it, but this is incredible. Volume Alpha is one if my favorite albums of all time, and while this doesn't top it in my opinion, there a tracks that I think are actually better than anything on that one. The songs here feel a lot more complex and atmospheric. The only downside of this record is that I think the disc tracks, while still really good, kinda make the end of the album feel like it drags on, but that's honestly kind of a nitpick.

I had no idea this was going to be a concept album lol. Anyways, this is a pretty good metal record, even if it starts pretty weak. The instrumentation here is great, and the vocals are pretty decent, even if they have some iffy moments for me. Overall, while not super memorable, it's still a pretty good listen.
π[1/31] A critically acclaimed alternative rock album
Yeah, this is incredible. Easily some of the greatest instrumentation I've ever heard, and Thom's vocals are absolutely incredible. Definitely deserving of the hype surrounding it.
A really good mixtape overall, even if it does have a few skips.
I haven't really listened to Kenny Mason, and I'm super surprised by how much I enjoyed this. I love the guitars throughout this album too, it gives it's so much more life.
This may be a controversial opinion, but I geniuenly enjoyed this more than Igor.
I was really enjoying the album at first, but CHERRY BOMB and onwards it just kinda becomes okay to me (except SMUCKERS, that one goes really hard). Also, I know that it's a liked song, but FUCKING YOUNG/PERFECT still rubbed me the wrong way, even though I don't think Tyler had bad intentions with it.
The production here is geniuenly phenomenal. Doesn't seem to be nearly as ambitious as his previous albums, but honestly that's perfectly fine.
The singles are definitely the best songs imo. The others are pretty unremarkable, with one or two highlights.
