The biggest injustice to my opinion of ATS is remembering the exact feeling of not liking it when I heard it for the first time over a decade ago. It regrettably initiated my loss of interest in their musical future.

An absolute success. Absolutely haunting.
This is art. This is passion. And it is beautiful.
It's likely that I am overly critical, but man, this album pisses me off.
What happened to the mix? There's next to no impact from the kick, which is noticeable right from the start. There are a few tracks that sound too similar in rhythm and key. They're all blatantly formulaic. And personally, most of the lyricism comes across as forced and disingenuous.

"Reise, Reise" was the other track I would listen to repeatedly while walking home from school. At the time, I only recall having heard about four of the tracks here, one being "Amerika", which I remember liking.
It took some time since my first full listen in December 2025 to come to an opinion I feel content with, but one thing stayed the same: "Mein Teil" is perfection. Flawless execution. #1. Always.
