Cowboy boots prices are rising after the release of Cowboy Carter.
Vintage Levi's jeans prices are also on the rise after the release of Cowboy Carter.
The entire production team and management are incredibly on point when it comes to releasing something new while new trends are peaking. This album meets the trending needs of country and cowboycore. It's a money-making machine. Let's set marketing aside for a moment.
While I'm not ecstatic about this album, I must admit it has wonderful ... read more
The elongated experience of music from the 70s sounds way ahead of its time. I don't keen on listening to long albums; it's a massive challenge to me to be honest. However, 'Something/Anything?' is the exact opposite of a long, unnerving album; it's a story that simply must be told. Todd Rundgren cleverly engages his audience by mastering almost every single part of the record to perfection
[1] In the beginning, God created a band called Swans. The chaos spread afterward. This is how the Swans legacy was created.
Good evening, I hope you're still sane. It's my second approach to Swans' discography. Before I start typing on my keyboard and expressing my super important opinion that doesn't really matter, and before I start expressing my disbelief - Dear Lord, how weird the 'To Be Kind' experience was - I need to ask myself a few important questions:
Do I like noise? No, ... read more
I feel like the victim of ageism when I hear it; sorry, Gran is too old for this.
I returned to this album after 2 months to see how it has grown on me.
When I first heard this album, I rated it a strong 70, and it remains a 70 for me; nothing has changed in that regard.
The album begins with an experimental intro, evoking the birth of an idea – an explosion of inspiration, perhaps. We then transition to "No Caffeine," which uncovers intimacy. "Big Sigh" was my favorite back then (and still is), with its strong lyrics and a chorus that has been ... read more

Well, I'm re-listening to this album after just one week - it's quicker than usual for me. Typically, I wait some time before returning to an album, but here, Spotify keeps drawing me back with the song "Cardinal." It's a sign, so let's give it another try.
Songs that stand out: "Cardinal," "Too Good to Be True," "Giver/Taker," "Sway," "Dinner with Friends," "Heart of the Woods," "Lovely ... read more
One listen isn't enough to fully appreciate this little sunny gem. I initially expected something completely different. My first impression was that it would be more of a rave album. What drew me to this album was its cover; when discovering new artists, the album cover is a significant factor for me. If it looks like a visually appealing addition to my vinyl shelf, it's worth a listen.
This time, my intuition didn't fail me. 'Vitamin D' is an absolute dopamine booster. It's a delightful ... read more
I don't know, it sounds unfinished?? Im not the biggest fan of the production at this time.
'Everything I Thought It Was' isn't the worst album, but it also doesn't quite reach the heights of the best. Justin lands somewhere in the middle with this release; it's a solid production, and some tracks will find popularity on TikTok. However, one aspect that concerns me is the album's length - it feels a bit too drawn out. Overall, while I appreciate the effort, I can't say I'm a fan.
What can I say? Moizm is an ambitious production. It sounds like a spicy international record, blessed with Makowiecki's unique flavor. Sonically, it's both tasty and engaging. However, lyrically, this album seems to be missing something; I am struggling to grasp the concept and story behind the lyrics. I find it pretentious, pompastic, and a bit exaggerated.
'Holidays in Rome' is such an oustanding track.
Not really a fan of the lyrics, to be honest. I feel like I'm too old for this kind of foolishness. The production seems to be pretty neat, but I don't know; I don't buy it. I see the early 00s inspiration, but it's just bland. I'm sorry Ariana stans.
When the Saturn Return Interlude played, it reminded me of the interlude from 'Caprisongs' by FKA Twigs. Honestly, the astrology theme is just everywhere. Anyway, it feels too artificial and overly produced for me; some of these songs will ... read more
Well, I had particular expectations. I was wondering if MGMT would deliver the same indie sleaze era experience. My expectations failed; I don't know why I was biased. Well [2], 'Loss of Life' does nothing for me; it doesn't evoke any emotions. Nothing. It's easily forgettable and sounds dull.
Beyoncé is undeniably one of the greatest performers of the last two decades. She's a total genius, no doubt about it. This live album is the proof.
She's one of the least talented individuals in the music industry. I can't believe it. This album is so basic. It's not even music: she and her producers created something disgusting from stolen ideas, scraps of samples, interpolations, and last bits of talent. At this point, it's barely listenable because it lacks passion, love, and soul. What's the point of wasting time in the studio to produce something basiccc and tasteless? Music is not for everyone; it's a painful truth.
She found her niche, and she's unstoppable. Money is where sex is, and I understand the idea. But since Kim Petras appeared in the music industry, she has made little to no progress. It's actually a pure regression. I understand the idea and fun behind this concept; yeah, sex is fun. She's been sticking with the sex theme for a very long time. Booooooring. I'm just wondering who's responsible for the idea: the producers or Kim herself? I don't know. Coconuts and the first Slut Pop were fun. ... read more
Painfully long, 'A-Town Girl' is like a literal plague: the infection is spreading from the ears directly to your A-HOLE. I believe every act of creativity should be released, but under some circumstances, restraint is a blessing in disguise.
A solid driving album.

I listened to this album and Crystal Castles' debut repeatedly in 2011. It brings back nostalgic memories :3
