fuxking hell no this album is ... what is this all about??? I was happily listening to the album : ))) put the smile on ma face :)))) minding my business as I always do, making naan bread in the kitchen. You know, I was literally standing by the oven.. then support our troops OH! started playing and I literally scared my manifestation good vibes only positive energy ass to death. Pretty gooooed, but not as good as 'In the Aeroplane Over the Sea'.
ALBUMS THAT HAVE A PARTICULAR SMELL.
So, this album's got this weird smell - like, a mix of secretions, sweat, dirt, and grease. Is it cool? Not really my vibe. But, while I was listening to it, I couldn't help but wonder: who came up with this sound first, NIN or Depeche Mode? And like, seriously, this album totally reminds me of 'Ultra,' or maybe it's the other way around - 'The Downward Spiral' sounds like this. Idk.
Imagine being thousands of miles away from your home, in the enchanting realm of Shibuya. What's your first impression of that place???? *type your thoughts here*
Well, it's awesome mix of cultures, sounds, smells, and history – a real experience. While trends come and go, Shibuya-kei experience is timeless and classy, it never fades and has massive impact on music industry today.
For those who've never set foot in Japan but harbor the desire to do so, let "Sine" be your ... read more
CHARLIE XCX DISCOGRAPHY DIVE.
So, I binged through 75% of Charlie XCX's discography today.
Gotta say, "Vroom Vroom" EP, "CRASH," and her latest drop are the coolest ones she's put out. Charlie's got some serious vibes going on there.
Now, I'm not entirely sold on the whole Charlie XCX hype, but hey, it's all good. Hyperpop can be a wild ride, right? It's so easy for it to get all messy, overproduced, and kinda fake. You know, that thin line between a banger and something ... read more
H O R R I B L E. There's something irrational about this album, probably the fact that it doesn't sound like they created it with genuine intent. It seems to be a mere replication of music trends from that time. When I see people listening to this album and sporting that silly smile on their faces, it infuriates me. It's a clear embodiment of what I consider NPC music. The way he sings is irritating, and the cheap sound quality doesn't help. Overall, it's just not good.
This album reminds me of being a music perv from a very young age. I was a kid when I heard "Black Noise" for the first time. It was around 2011, and my school pals listened to One Direction and the one-hit-wonder from Foster the People - "Pumped Up Kicks" back then (no offense). I always thought my music choices were quite sophisticated. Anyway, this album is like a time-traveling machine to me because it makes me realize that it's almost a decade of listening to top-tier ... read more
There must be an angel is an outstanding production. The rest of the album is pretty solid but lacks some spice.
This album is definitely not an easy listen for me. I'm not quite vibing with it. There were moments, like the unexpected sounds of farts in 'Wars of Armageddon,' that actually made me laugh. However, those moments aren't quite enough to make the overall listening experience enjoyable for me. I find myself feeling a bit uncomfortable with this album.
OMFG. Lord, forgive me for what I just listened to because this album was deadly bad. When "Peace of Mind" kicked in, I was dead certain Sean Paul ft. J. Lo would jump on the mic sooner or later. This album is a total hot mess. AllMusic might call it "unconventional conceptions," but let's call a spade a spade - it's a conventional lack of ideas. How can someone mishmash French house, Daft Punk wanna be style, pop, R&B, and nu-disco all in one? You can't slap the label ... read more
As a Katatonia fan, I couldn't manage to listen to this album in one go. It took me a few rounds to get through it. The thing is, it lacks anything special. Katatonia delivers nothing more than mediocre metal music with utterly forgettable lyrics. It just sounds like they're putting in extra effort to avoid being forgotten in the metal industry.
How bad and pretentious this album is! I believe music plays a particular role in culture and people's lives. If this album has a role, it's certainly to annoy and make your brain ache. It consists of annoyingly painful noises and elongated, pretentious content. I'm sorry, but as someone who is neurodivergent, I can't bear such madness.
P.S. If this album were shorter, I'd give it +10 points; it's simply unlistenable.
P.S. 2. Don't get offended because of this review.
P.S. 3. Marry x-mas ... read more
Uninterestingly boring, this pretty human being has potential but probably doesn't know how to properly utilize it. I don't know; maybe one day Destiny will deliver something interesting to us.
What a fresh brand new face in the Korean overproduced music industry. Give this album a try if you enjoy folk music. It's a strong 70 for me, even if I don't understand a word in Korean.
I'd enjoy this album more, but there's something wrong with the mixing. I don't know; it's pretty interesting and listenable, but the mix is making it difficult. What do you think? Anyway, overall experience is pretty good.
The description of this album will be quite harsh: not everyone should make music. Simply owning FL Studio or any music software doesn't automatically qualify you as an artist, I'm sorry to say. This album, in particular, manages to evoke intensely negative emotions. It serves as a prime example of why practising restraint is crucial in the creation of art.
Don't feel offended, it's just a random review.
If I were 15, I'd absolutely love this album. Considering the fact that I'm a bit older, I'd say it's inconsistent, a mix of kitschy hardstyle, and a Crystal Castles wannabe. I think the witch house era belongs to the past, and calling this music is questionable. Please don't feel offended.
