Literally the best song we will get this season no doubt this is flawless it has 0% chance to win but that doesn't matter cause I'm going to listen to it all day. Never did I think we'd have an art-rock/neo-soul (the band describe themselves as neo-soul) BANGER in the Latvian national selection but I am HERE FOR ITTTT.
Incredibly fun and insanely groovy. This doom metal sound can sometimes be a bit dull and bland, but this album brings so much energy, fusing electronic elements and thrash/speed metal elements to the recipe. Although at some points still being a little formulaic and having slightly corny lyrics occasionally, it’s genuinely so fun, rhythmic, intense, chaotic, eerie, engaging and a little goofy.

A really fun, entertaining, energetic song that has a really refreshing sound in the larger scale of Eurovision. Although a little formulaic when it comes to songs in this specific genre, it's great to hear an electronic-infused rock song at Eurovision. Wow. This is stunning. Genuinely, truly stunning. This is one of the purest, rawest form of music I think you can listen to. A 50 minute eternal musical tribute to Luke's newborn child, that clearly describes the overwhelming emotions of the first few weeks after her birth. A short, noisy, groovy, funky, crazy song that did feel a little repetitive and kinda lost me in the chaos on my first listen. However, it's really well-made and I still really enjoy the vocals, guitar and percussion of this single and the previous one. Maybe it doesn't reach the high of 'oh god not again' but it's a great single from an album that's looking to be an awesome, trippy banger of a time! :D
I think this second collection of songs is much better, more fleshed out, less amateurish and more ambitious than Jacob Drawfee’s debut EP. ‘125%’ and ‘Internal Transfiguration’ are really great, and the drums and production have improved for sure! Also lmao butt on cover :0

It would be amazing if this somehow got more recognition after being the first album suggested on the ‘you may also like’ section of Monarch Of Monsters lmao. Literally one of the best albums ever. It’s super catchy, heavy, perfectly crafted, with outstanding songwriting and is a little bit goofy too. Give this a listen.

WOW! What a comeback for Montenegro this song could be!! Super unique (for Eurovision), some great, dramatic, powerful, emotionally effective instrumentation; it gives me a little bit of some awesome Sleep Token vibes. Definitely the best and most likely to qualify out of the selection. Sure, Nina and Durda have good songs too, but they are pretty generic ballads, Nina’s especially, and won’t stand out as much as this masterpiece. BARYAK TO EUROVISION.
Holy funk this is the most creative, unique, engaging, grooviest jazz-ish album ever. I don't listen to a ton of music in this genre but wow this is truly fantastic. As a top 10 fan of syncopation, the rhythms and grooves and wonderful meshing of everything is just fantastic. The orchestral moments are stunning and 'Do Hot Girls Like Chords?' is one of my favourite songs. Also, my love of this album proves the question in that song correct ;)
Damn this is great! It’s a shift in style than prior releases but a great shift. The groove is awesome, the vocals and atmosphere work perfectly with this genre and I always love dissonant noisy guitar. My only criticism is that the main bass riff is slightly out of time, which pulls me out of the song, but I wanted to ignore it so bad because of how great the actual track is! Really excited for an album in this style. I might give it a go too lmao. :D
First off, this was nowhere near as bad as the reviews and comments so far have implied. One of the main criticisms is out of tune vocals and, sure they were a little bit, but I genuinely thought it was perfectly fine and even worked quite well in the first two songs. A wonderful selection of stunning guitar songs that, with the ambient noise ever-present, create a uniquely immersive atmosphere. Lots of it reminded me of The Last Of Us, which makes sense given the 'road trip across the America' background.
