21st Century Schizoid Man is one of the best album openers of all time. I have it second only to SYcD I-V. It doesn't stop there though, as just like WYWH, it has one of the best album closers of all time. Also, my god, the drumming is amazing on this album. Okay... This was peak. I didn't expect them to surpass Foxtrot, but they somehow did. Firth of Fifth, Moonlight Knight, and Cinema Show are all masterpieces. I'll definitely have to update this review with more detailed thoughts at some point.
This is a very decent album. This album is basically a time capsule of the 80s. Sex is the name of the game, but the title track and the opening track are both great. If you don't know AC/DC or are half paying attention, most of these songs sound the same, which is my biggest complaint with AC/DC music in general.
This is one of the most mid albums of all time. For a 1:20 long record, it feels a hell of a lot longer than that. Atlas Rise, Hardwired, Moth into Flame, and Spit Out the Bone are pretty solid though. This definitely feels like "dad rock", but I think my dad likes this album less than me.
