Vespertine is an incredible listen from front to back. The emotional weight of Bjork's vocals combined with the lush string/choir sections make for an experience that will easily keep you engaged for the full 55 minutes of Vespertines runtime.
While her voice is awesome, I think this album is lacking in the mixing/instrumentals department. Some songs sounded fine while others (like the first track) sounded messy and crowded, like there wasn't enough separation between the different instruments.
Just alright, Faye's voice is nice but many of the songs are too repetitive, I just got bored as I kept listening
Super high energy and colorful, Master Peace's vocal performance really lends itself to the overall feel of the record.
