20/11/2025 First listen. Pretty consistently good besides a couple of standout tracks.
the big hits are still great (some nostalgia bias, but whatever) but the rest..... ehhhhhhhhhh

Nick Cave's best storytelling and funniest lyrics are on this album
First listen 20/11/2025. I liked the 'sound' of this but I wasn't really a fan of the songwriting, and the album dragged a bit which is an issue when its barely half an hour long!
Favourites: Fall on Me, The Flowers of Guatemala, I Believe, Just a Touch
Kind of insane this otherwise decent and rather run of the mill album has one of the best (and ahead of its time) songs of all time
