PA PAPAYA 🗣️‼️
The vibes on this are amazing. So fun to listen to and I need to check out more of Takanaka’s stuff. I like everything about this album and the tropical atmosphere is so good. I feel like I’m drinking out of a coconut on the beach, even though it’s snowy outside.
Longest 40 album I’ve ever listened to. It drags waaay to much but I can definitely see the artistic vision in this. The harsh, industrial sound of this is not really for me, but it it isn’t terrible.
Also, who was listening to this back in the 80s? Did anyone know who Swans where back then?
==100 FOLLOWER SPECIAL==
To celebrate 100 followers, I’m going to make a review on The Soundtrack for the Blind by Swans. I am a bit late with the review since I now have little over 120 followers, but who cares?
Soundtracks for the Blind consists of 26 songs, and it’s a little over two hours and twenty minutes. The majority of the tracks are instrumentals. Some have weird samples, and some have recordings of people talking.
This album is on another level. Almost a two and a half ... read more
I have this rated higher than Abbey Road, is that a hot take?
Revolver is the most enjoyable Beatles project that I’ve listened to. Every track is somewhat memorable and and it flows very well, which is a problem I have with some other Beatles albums. Even the weird psychedelic ones like Tomorrow Never Knows a fun listen although I disliked them at first.
Also why is George staring deep into my soul like that.
This album is repetitive repetitive repetitive repetitive repetitive repetitive repetitive
I’m recently getting into the less popular side of Daft Punk, for example Homework and this album so I decided to write a review about one of them. I definitely think this album has a lot of flaws and I understand why this gets such a bad rep, but it definitely doesn’t feel like it should be fighting for a green user score. You can definitely hear that they made this album only in a couple ... read more
I was hoping for something better, but at the same time, this is exactly what I was expecting. It seems that Salad Days is the only amazing album that he has because the other two albums I listened to didn’t really come close to it. I find it pretty strange because most of his songs are pretty similar, but I just seem to love Salad Days and like his other stuff, I guess. I wish more of the album was like Freaking Out in the Neighbourhood, because every other song doesn’t really come ... read more
Well now I know what album I will play on repeat next summer… This is incredibly upbeat and fun to listen to, makes me want to go outside in the sun and have a good time. This is basically just anti radiohead: fun, warm and cures depression.
I haven’t really been keeping up with the singles for this album so I was pretty surprised hearing some different sounds from the usual Gorillaz albums. I liked some songs here and there but it feels kinda all over the place. I enjoyed this, but this wasn’t keeping up with my expectations, seeing the promising track ratings of the singles.
Over one and an half hour of Miles Davis, of course it's gonna be great. I don't relly see any flaws with this album, It's just greatness from start to finish and I think it's pretty crazy that such an long album doesn't get boring at all.
This is one of my favourite soundtracks ever. I do think nostalgia carries a little bit I still think this can compete being the best in the genre. I love that it’s also just perfect to play while doing other things, like studying or playing other games.
This album is so groovy, and the first half is one of my favourite pieces of music ever. It’s actually insane that music can get so groovy. The only problem with it are the last three tracks, even though they are amazing, it just can’t hold up to the amazing first few songs.
I would NEVER consider myself a Playboi Carti fan, but man, this album slaps. This album is so hype and fun to listen to. The only problem with is the lyrics, because I’m prefer rap with deep lyrics, and this album has none of that, which is fine, I just listen to the beats and hype myself up. If there was an instrumental version I would probably prefer that version
I always forget just how good GY!BE is, they are allergic to making good music. The two 20 minute tracks are both a 10/10 and the drone tracks aren’t even that bad. The last track might also be a 10 or at least a nine.
This is definitely in of the most consistent albums ever. How the hell did Stevie make almost two hours of greatness with NO SKIPS? This also sounds so polished and clean after like 50 years, this honestly deserves the praise that this gets.
I absolutely love this, I feel like I’m drowning in noise. I think this is what metal would sound like if it was lo-fi. Also that album cover looks exactly like the album sounds, if that makes sense.
I originally made this account with the sole purpose of rating albums, but I changed my mind. I thought it would be a good idea to make my first review on the first album I got obsessed with. This album means so much to me, and even though I wouldn’t say it’s my favourite anymore, I still think it’s a perfect album.
All the way from start to finish, Tyler’s production never gets boring. Tracks like Boy is a gun*, New magic wand, really just all of them are so fun to ... read more
