Incredible in all fields. There are a few songs on here that hold me back from giving it a 100, but in my opinion, this album is like the underground equivalent of TPAB.
Some songs on this project are overly aggressive for my liking, and I find Imperial to be a better project, but that's nothing against TA13OO. It features a variety of production styles, vocal styles, and features: from JPEGMAFIA to Billie Eilish.
A collab with two artists this talented should not be legal and I love it
Kendrick's most underrated album in my opinion, MM&TBS brings introspective lyricism and a wide variety of genres to the table, resulting in yet another album from Kendrick that really will make you think.
Not Kendrick's best work, but this project is very consistent and makes you think quite hard.
My personal favorite album from Kendrick. Captivating storytelling, hard-hitting instrumentals and great lyricism (as expected) are on display here.
A fun yet incredible album. My personal favorite work by Peggy as of writing this.
One of the most complete songs I’ve ever heard, while still staying cohesive. I might have recency bias, but this is in my top 3 Jane songs for sure.
This EP is only four minutes long, so it's quite hard to review reasonably. However, the raw emotion on display throughout is unmatched in nearly any other music I've listened to. The muted vocals and simple instrumentals made of solely acoustic guitar add to the raw expression of despair that this EP embodies. The best example of this is the fifth entry: a clear standout for me, that feels like more of a full song than other tracks from the EP, with its deeply melancholic melodies ... read more

While this album seems to lose its direction at times, and gets a bit repetitive, this is a great example of how to do an instrumental hip-hop album, for me. The sampling is absolutely perfect in this whole project.

It's hard not to compare this project to Jane Remover's Census Designated, as they're both made by the same person under different names. While Ghostholding has a solid storyline and a handful of enjoyable and unique tracks, it just doesn't compare to Census Designated: possibly because this is a side project. That aside, this is a great example of how to make 90s rock - which has a pretty strong nostalgia factor for me - with modern standards of ... read more
Clean Money doesn't do anything original or too interesting, but it has its moments. I really enjoyed the song "Mad Max."
The only other project by Westside Gunn I've listened to is Still Praying, and this is a very significant step up from that. More developed song structure, better production, and more interesting features are on display in the "12" album.
This album isn't that bad, I don't get the hate. While it's pretty tiring to hear the same hi-hat pattern on multiple songs, I still enjoyed this album quite a lot. And beyond some bad bars here and there (such as "if she don't wanna fuck me she must be gay" on Must Be), Central Cee is one of my favorite lyricists of current mainstream rap, as he describes how he came from nothing to success. This is also a large improvement on his prior two mixtapes, both of which ... read more
A nice album with great rapping as expected from Syf, alongside some smooth production from Moetown. Generally a very enjoyable and soft project, albeit short.
Favorites: Forgotten Past, Empty Bottles, Takeshi's Castle (Challenge)

A hypnotic listening experience, Primal Rights brings us his digital yet natural debut album, featuring the lush riddim sound design he is known for. I haven't disliked Primal's music in the past, but I felt like this album completely blew away my expectations. This project somehow falls in the middle of heavy and melodic, and I found the balance to be quite satisfying. There are also some samples scattered throughout, which are generally tasteful and not ... read more
