yeah, no. she's making odd melodies from long and heavy lyrics which makes the songs sound weird and forced. Too much lyrics, too long and it doesn't sound appealing. Sounds like she's trying to find the melody too a lyric, like the songs aren't completed yet. Not for me.
interesting stuff. not a genre i usually listen to but might start to. I which the longer songs had more intricacies and production or some sort of storytelling. These longer songs seems long for the sake of being long.
i always feel off with Owusu. Sounds like he wanted to be a rock singer but didn't have the vocals so went to hiphop. Interesting music, not for me tho.
