Respectable and im glad that they changed up their sound after their debut but it has its flaws but its honestly fine, still prefer their debut tho lol, 505 is peak tho

when clean vocals are overlapped with metal vocals, it creates an amazing mix of sounds forreal.

James wanted his guitar tones to be huge with lots of low end while palm muting. If you wanted your guitar tones to sound bigger, you can't just boost the low frequencies. You have take the low end out of anything else it might be "competing" with sonically, such as bass guitar.
Similarly, Lars also like his kit to sound big, especially the kick drum having lots of punch and low end. So for his kick drum to have more low end, and like James, he believed that if the bass is lower in volume, you'll hear the real sound of his drum kit more.""
