The debut album of the prominent british band Blur could be categorized as one of the consequences of the epidemic influence shoegaze achieved in the 90s. The opening song, She's So High, is, by itself, the great standarizer of the whole album. I have to admit. I'm a sucker for Experimental Hip-Hop, but these guys carry up everything with their funny flow and lines.
The second long-format work of the techno duo Drexciya is cold by essence. Nevertheless, not "cold" as any other techno work could be. To be more concise, it sinks you inside its coldness; it's attractively cold. Metalcore is so fucking stretch as genre that it kinda annoys me. I don't hate the genre by sure. The main reason I find it annoying is because all sounds intense as fuck but, at the same, all sounds underwhelming. It's like when a character dies in a movie but you don't feel it.
