Expecting the quality of the vol 5 EP, but got this bloated garbage. The first track was interesting, it was also psychadelic, and I was like oh shit this album might slap...well I was wrong. Was hoping for some minimalist trap bangers to hold me over till carti drops...well I got nothing. The YNW Melly feature was ok, the 03 Greedo feature was ok,the young thug feature was phoned in, the future feature was...it felt like future took like 3 percosets and tried to rap his verse. Although most of ... read more
Holy shit, did Chance really drop this...This was some trash lmao. Don't get me wrong there was some good rapping on this, but that doesn't mean the album wasn't just awful all around. From it being extremely boring to the very lackluster features. Hot Shower may be the worst song of 2019. Chance is just annoying as fuck. Like if you thought Acid Rap was annoying with all his noises he makes, granted I like Acid Rap, his vocal inflections and singing are just the worst thing to listen to. There ... read more
SO i didnt care much for SYRE when I listened to it the first time...time went on and i gave it another chance. I heard mixed shit about SYRE so its understandable that it would be another album that would conflict with me. SYRE ended up growing on me a lot and theres a decent album in there...somewhere. Yes Jaden has many flaws, and he is still a young rapper...but he does have potential in my opinion. Hes definitely trying a lot and spending a lot on these projects. Theres so many rappers he ... read more
Honestly, a fucking solid album. I keep coming back to this because its short and simple. Its not Imperial, and its not Ta13oo but its still a solid addition to Denzel's undefeated discography. Im not to concerned with it living up to Ta13oo because its only been a little under a year. The fact that this man just dropped another solid album soon after his magnus opus is just astounding. To me it feels like an in between project that will hold us till his next masterpiece. Its interesting that ... read more
I was excited to see what Steve Lacy would do on this album as I have been a fan since his debut EP. However, this album was a mixed bag. Not to many tracks that were great just a lot of mediocrity.
Very solid tracklist, and a plethora of bangers. Starts to wain toward the back end but finishes strong with Three Man Weave. Kind of disappointed about JPEG's feature. Freddie fucking kills his feature. Hello is kind of ass and best spot in the house, and New Hawaii are kind of meh. Overall a good rap album.
Favorite Tracks: Koruna & Lime, Jailbreak the Tesla, Gravy n' Biscuits, Wax On, and Three Man Weave
Ok, so, going into this album I was expecting something better or just as good as Flower Boy. On the first few listens I just felt let down. I was just confused. But then the more I listened the album began to grow the fuck on me. I shouldn't compare this to any of his other projects because its so different and personal. Personal in the sense that hes made IGOR for himself. Love and heartbreak is something Tyler has explored a lot in his music, but this album did it the most justice.

Kevin Abstracts sophomore album delves deeper in to his personal life than any past project he has ever worked on. I felt like we got spurts of this personal Kevin during the saturation trilogy and on iridescence. His emotion and character is all over this album and everything feels genuine. From the pounding opening Big Wheels to the more softer tracks like Peach there is a lot to like about Arizona Baby. The production all over this thing is outstanding but can feel overproduced at times. I ... read more
Some decent trap bangers. The beats are also decent. The features were meh...
Best Tracks: Suge, Goin Baby, Taking it Out
Most of this is just Oxnard leftovers but im not complaining.
Best Tracks: Come Home, Reachin' 2 Much, Chosen One, Jet Black
Overall this project was listenable but had too many flaws to even call it decent or that
I would recommend this to anyone. there were way too many negatives than positives.
The vocals were mostly annoying, the rhyme schemes were usually one note, some of the guitar
instrumentals were very dime a dozen. A lot of the features were lackluster and easily forgotten.
So many generic Trippie redd songs all over this thing. I feel like Trippie didn't even try
to write any catchy hooks or good ... read more

After seeing what went into this album, I appreciate it a lot more. Even though this album is seen as a mess from most, I see it as a voyage into Tyler's mind. Its a very entertaining ride nonetheless.
the YBN Cordae carry,
half bangers, half filler trash, fuck lil skies and chris brown, also gucci mane had a weak feature,
Best Tracks: Target, 2 Tone Drip, Alaska, Bounce out with dat, Kung fu, Chopsticks, Rubbin off the paint
Nostalgia to when i was in middle school. This album was all over one of the 2K soundtracks and i played that a lot in middle school, so it takes me back to the better times.
