I thought Cry baby was a great album with a really distinctive, imaginative concept but it was quite uneven and not very consistent. Sonically, it could been better but K-12 is just disappointing. Bland, unmemorable production and feels pretentious. I think Melanie is still pretty creative lyrically but she doesn't let it shine through anymore. Sadly.
'Revival' is a solid pop album but sometimes strays off and becomes generic or a bit stale. Lyrically, it's very impressive and has great production. But the predictability makes it a little less exhilarating.
You guys really hate Taylor lol. I think this is one of her best releases since Reputation. It's introspective, vulnerable and personal. Not the bouncy mediocre stuff she's released so far. But of course since it's Taylor, you guys automatically hate it.
