Section.80 / 100. This album is an incredible debut album that shows off Kendrick's traditional yet unique style and really brings him out to be an upcoming star. It's a perfect length album especially for it's quality, good, but it's not revolutionary, which is what helped Kendrick grow as an artist, really improving on the criticism this album first got, which wasn't a lot as the production - flawless, lyrics - flawless. I do find this album to not have the Kendrick ... read more
I do prefer Yachty's old style, but he really works on the Psychedelic type album really well surprisingly, while incorporating some of the older Yachty inside of it. James Blake's production is also really good on this 10-track collab, and the pair combine really well in most songs, although I find this album a bit repetitive, so thankfully it's a short album as I think the listening experience would drag on if it was any longer, making it a solid album overall with Yachty ... read more
Quadeca is sure a character, and this album really shows his growth, but for me it's nothing extraordinary. I've listened to the whole thing twice now and I don't think it's grown on me, but it's still a solid album. In terms of production, pretty good and has a lot of small details that bring the songs alive, but feels a bit repetitive at times - which is probably the intention. I do wish on the next album he would experiment with some other things as my main criticism ... read more
JPEGMAFIA's latest album really has the most wow factor as most songs are bangers, however it does get a little repetitive, which his older albums didn't have - hey if it ain't broke don't fix it though, as this album is really a brilliant project from start to finish and probably JPEG's best production and dynamic album he's made, and is showing no signs of slowing down, especially after releasing banger after banger. Overall little to no complaints, just a really ... read more
Yeah no. I'm not the hugest fan of Uzi but he has not evolved whatsoever from his generic and repetitive music. This album was boring from start to finish and it sounded like one big song and this whole album feels rushed, no good features which at least some of his older albums had that could've enhanced the listening experience but nope, I don't even think prime Kanye would save this mess of an 'album.' Disappointing overall with no songs I would really listen ... read more
Although 21 Savage has not evolved much from his older music, this album feels a bit more refreshing, experimenting with some of the more trendy elements nowadays, and I think it works well. The features are quite solid and has a lot of big names, however as an album it's quite inconsistent, It starts off relatively strong then gets weak and then stronger again. Redrum is a classic on this album and Nee-Nah is as well and are the highlights of this solid album that for me is a little ... read more
Yeah, wow. The first 4 songs were incredible, and although the next 4 slip a little bit they are all still great songs that I would listen to. I love how this is a lot different than his last 3 works, it's a lot more experimental and it really works. It's harmonic, intense and it's production is yet again top tier. The hype was for sure worth it and I do think the hype really brought this album towards me even more, and it connected with me even more because of the high ... read more
Yet another, a pretty much flawless album by Tyler who has incorporated himself as one of the best. This album is just so well balanced just like IGOR, and coming back after that masterpiece it really isn't that much worse. The highs are yet again really high and the lows aren't even really low lows. Tyler's style and vibes just make his newer albums such a good listening experience. One flaw is that this album is a bit more forgettable compared to IGOR and even Flower Boy imo, ... read more
Genuinely 0 skips on this album. Easily his best work to date and genuinely the perfect album. I have nearly 0 criticisms on this album and really think it's one of the best albums of all time, as it incorporates rap and soul into one, which works so perfectly well and I really like how Tyler doesn't drag this album on too much, as he did with his older work, although it's so good that I wish it was longer this time... The whole vibe of this album is just such a good listening ... read more
This album really shows off Tyler's new style, which really works as he produces it so well, it is arguably his most memorable albums as this is when he really became popular and loved, but I don't think this is his best. It's just really good, it's whole vibe and listening experience is just so pleasing for some reason, however I did really like Wolf's mixture of hardcore & calm, which I think this album misses out on, I do think it's better produced, better ... read more

Although stronger than his first two, a bit of a disappointment considering how good Wolf was. It's still an okay to decent album though, and has a couple of songs that I really enjoy, but it is a lot weaker than Wolf in terms of lyrics and overall production. A lot more of his old self in this album rather than the calmer and melodic Tyler we know he can produce, being less varied overall, a lot of the lows are really low, like Goblin, which I'm glad he ironed out in ... read more
Actually a great album. Varied style which is what Tyler thrives off in my opinion - versatility, and has aspects of him old self and his new self - more calm and harmonic which he incorporates more into his later projects. Although still a bit unserious at times, a good album overall that has tons of songs that are not as rememberable as GOBLIN, but still has tons of bangers that I personally really love. Overall it's just a solid album in terms of production, lyrics, versatility and ... read more
Feels more corny than Bastard and I don't think it's that much better, but his production clearly improves and not a horrendous album, but it's highs are really high, and similarly to Bastard, it's lows are really low. The first half of this album is quite strong, but the second... Not a single good song in my opinion, which is a real shame as this album did start off very solid, and I do think the album tolls from being serious to a lot more unserious just like Bastard, and ... read more
A for effort I guess? I mean it's his first album, I love his later work but this just isn't it. One thing I really disliked about Tyler's early career is the deep voice he'd use - which he used a lot on this album obviously... Some solid songs though that I genuinely like and hold up today. Overall a bit messy and not the best production and thankfully Tyler really improves and revolutionises his style into his own, while this felt like a bit of an experiment that tried to ... read more

Identical to it's predecessor in terms of sloppy production and lazy song writing. But I slightly prefer this as I feel it's highs are higher than VULTURES 1, and a few of these songs I genuinely enjoy to listen to, just wish they were better produced. This time I feel Kanye is as good as Ty Dolla $ign which doesn't really matter as overall this album is pretty bad. BOMB might be Kanye's worst song ever, same as HUSBAND. Overall both Vultures are just as bad ... read more

Although the Vultures duology has Kanye's worst production by a mile, they both feature some decent songs but a lot of songs that get ruined by the production or lazy and uninventive lyrics. Some solid songs on the first Vultures which I don't mind such as BACK TO ME, BURN & FUK SUMN, but a lot of the songs are really weak. I also feel Ty Dolla $ign also outperforms Kanye in this project, which is what tends to happen when Kanye collabs for some reason. Overall ... read more
Has many good songs on it, and is a breath of fresh air especially after the mess of Jesus Is King, however considering it has 27 songs you'd expect some good songs. There is more bad songs than good in my opinion as well, but I do like how Kanye really is with the times with this project, bringing in many artists that were either new to the scene and many who were well known in the scene. It's just a mixed bag with a lot of good, and a lot of bad, surprising especially as this album ... read more
I'm all for spiritual awakenings, but I find this album super corny especially with his whole God complex now. Just doesn't feel the same passion it had before, as it feels fake now, and even then it was easily Kanye's weakest album. There's 1 maybe 2 songs at a push that are a good listen, and the rest are forgetful. Just a pretty weak album overall that people forget for good reason.

I mean it's a good album, but I don't really understand why it's rated so high, sure in 2018 it was really good, but I don't really think this album aged particularly well. I feel Cudi outperforms Kanye - which is not a bad thing but I don't think either did particularly amazingly on this project. I do like how Kanye encounters different styles in each of his album, this time having a psychedelic type feel to it. Just shows how versatile he really is. I do think ... read more
I don't mind this album. Although it's very short, it's still jampacked with several genres that work well together. Many weak songs though hence the rating however some really strong ones. This album also aged well too, but the production felt a lot worse than some of Kanye's other projects and feels a bit more unfinished. Although I do prefer it over 808's. But it does feature one of Kanye's best songs - Ghost Town, and many of the songs similar to Ghost Town ... read more
