interstellar but its metalcore. This album feels huge, definitely some of the most genuinely angry, energetic sounding modern metalcore, I fucking love it. The industrial electronic spacey sounds make me splooge. Really good stuff.

He sounds like he's genuinely angry and also about to cry and I enjoy that in my metal music. Shit's cinematic as fuck too, really really good stuff. The lyrics are also fucking poetry, shit's next level if you have existential dread.

emo shoegaze metal is a lot better in practice than it sounds on paper.
This is a really unique while still familiar sound, everything just flows to create a very enjoyable experience. Great vocals with some very good chino moreno-isms, which aren't aggressively whiney like a lot of emo is, fun instrumentals, good lyrics, and some really beautiful ascension worthy moments throughout come together to create a really great album.
