Nostalgia sadly can't save this messy overproduced stadium chant mess. However, I do appreciate the impact you, Mr. Dan Reynolds, had in elementary school classrooms in 2012. This album did bring me joy when I was 8
Could potentially be an incredible listen. Sadly, the vocals and lyrics are so immersion breaking that I can't enjoy the wonderful and spacey instrumentals.
It's impressive to me that they can take that soft, soulful, blues sound and turn it into pure ear candy. Sadly, it's only a flash in the pan, as most of the track list features that country pop that is meant to appeal to Bro Country enthusiasts. The hits on this are something that I appreciate quite a bit though. As for the rest, it's best to be forgotten.
A blues rock album that suffers from not having enough psychedelic elements to keep it interesting. It's boring, bland, and just background noise. Aside from the couple radio hits that are admittedly pretty fun, this album is so forgettable.
I'm just left wanting more. I prefer other stoner rock acts that have more noise, more interesting buildups/payoffs, and great vocals. Instead this album to me feels boring and mundane with some energetic standouts that I much appreciate.
The original song sucks so its not surprise this does as well
Great listen! I wish that it was a little more thorough with its concept. Also Critters is such a gosh darn cute song
This feels like TWRP nearing their full potential. The concept is fitting. The sound is crisp and funky. Wonderfully pleasant vocals. Excellent features and production. This album sticks with you, which is something that TWRP's sound has struggled to do with for me in their past works.
Another good product from TWRP. But their sound hasn't evolved yet and has started to become redundant
It has its moments but its lacking direction. This is the main problem with TWRP. But it doesn't change the fact that this is so fun and funky
