He's falling he is gonna get a big boo boo
I initially gave this album an 85 and a very short review but I have been coming back to this album a lot since then and I feel it is only right to give this a longer and more thorough review. Track by Track.
HYAENA is a very solid opener with some interesting sampling and standard Travis delivery and lyrics, which most of these songs have anyways.
THANK GOD is probably my favourite off of this album, with some great production on both halves of ... read more
Hollow to you too
Having never played the game, this soundtrack is great. Swelling orchestral moments complimented by quieter piano-driven tracks make this whole experience very atmospheric. It feels like there's a real sense of worldbuilding within these tracks, even without the aid of lyrics. Overall, this game is probably great.
I think there's a problem, what do you think Conductor?
This is a damn good album. Just 50 minutes of extremely air-tight and fire Hip Hop. The production is wonderful, each beat sounding either menacing or laid back in a great way, Rome Streetz has a great delivery and flow over each track, and the various features all pull their weight on their tracks. I especially loved the lyrics on this one. Tons of great storytelling in tracks like "Long Story Short." Overall, great time. ... read more
Why is my pfp's cousin here
Only reviewing the new tracks. this was excellent. Its more of the same from the original version, but has a higher average quality to it. "Died But Came Back" is my favourite slayr track period, and tracks like "Hard Knock" and "Daytona" were amazing as well, with Lucy Bedroque giving a solid performance on the latter. Overall, this could be treated like its own album, and it'd be just as good, if not, better than its ... read more
That's not funny. My uncle died by an MP3.
This was a fun mixtape. It follows the same Digicore/Rage sound that has been popping off with artists like Lucy Bedroque and the like. Slayr brings some fun vocals and lyrical choices to it too. I really enjoyed the tracks "Power 4" and "Death By MP3" specifically. Great stuff. Overall, a really great time. I hope to only see this artist rise.
I hate this item in TBOI
This is a dang good EP. Loved the guitar work throughout, the vocals were good and grungy, and it was lyrically pretty interesting as well. I assume this project goes best when paired with alcohol, so I might try that at some point, but as of now, this is very good.
