imagine you die and your friends decide to make a whole new music genre to tribute you. bizarre how they could be so consistent in such an experimental album
this album is the result of a meth-addicted 4-year-old playing piano and his 70-year-old dad writing songs to be "cool and hip"
Fivio has a really inovative and unique style, and he got what he needs to change the scene for better, but he just keep using it to rhyme over the same beats with the same flow always, and dont even seem to be trying to change the mood of each track.
all yall talking shit bout it can't see this the most Carti shit it could come out. this gon be just like die lit in 2 or 3 months everyone gon be hyping it
The record is not the best thing ever, but got some worthy moments. Too many songs tho, but besides that, it got some pretty interesting tracks. RIP Pop.
I don't know why but this album didn't touched me the same way it did to other people. Maybe because I'm not a fan of pop in general. It has some really moving and dancing tracks, it really feels like what it proposes itself to be.
Edit: to be honest I just slept through the whole album so I cant really rate it.
kanye you're a genius. jesus you're savior. thanks lord for all your blessings.
it's not a big thing, but for a ameer vann fan like me it's a decent stuff and a good material for remembering ameer work
edit: nvm this is just trash
kanye just revisit his entire discography in this amazing (and underrated) album. it's kind of a nostalgia and a gift to all the fans of the "old" and the "new" kanye. just what he does here is recognizing all the changes he had in his career, musically and personally. this is not just life of pablo, but life of kanye.
chance the rapper is just trying to be some kind of new kanye, and he is failing miserably in it
okay so here I am with my unpopular opinion. I really dont gave an idea why people hated so much this album, but here we go. first of all, stop with this bulls*it of comparing it with DAMN. they are form different artists, they have different ideas and talk about different things. J Cole has amazing idea in KOD, which is the drug thing, and he applies it in a really good way. The album is not a super innovation or big idea in the rap world, but deserves the respect of the community. It has a ... read more
damn, frank. this album floats perfectly between the feelings of love, loneliness, and the nostalgia that drove the start of ocean's career to one of the greatest lyricists and r&b singers and composers of his generation.
The album is great as a whole, but the musics itself sound sometimes repetitive
the album don't make any innovation. Is the same thing that pop music delivered in the last years and the same thing in every music in the whole album. oh and.
THE "WE ARE THE BEST MUSIC" S*** PISSED THE LIVING HELL OUT OF ME. STOP SAYING THIS IN EVERY MUSIC. PLEASE.
Lil pump isn't that creative. I mean, the album is repetitive as fuck, and the lyrics seems all the same.
