Julie Ragbeer - Perplex

despite the .. interesting vocals, some of these songs actually have potential with its production!
fav track: fight against your fleshy lust

After - After EP

thoroughly impressed by this album! didn't expect much of it but the production is genuinely so good, really underrated!
fav tracks: 300 dreams, obvious

Demi Lovato - HOLY FVCK

a very ambitious album that has a surprising amount of highs! the production is amazing and their vocals are killer as always! unfortunately it does get dragged down due to the 16 tracks, leaving it a bit bloated of a listen.
fav tracks: 29, City of Angels, Skin of My Teeth

Frou Frou - Details

an amazing record with beautiful productions, beautiful songwriting, and an amazing soundscape!
fav tracks: let go, must be dreaming, breath in

Air - Moon Safari

good ambient music, a bit forgettable but the instrumentation was good!

Janelle Monáe - Dirty Computer

a very vibrant album with a good message that envelopes it with a fun theme and and infectious pop sound that leaves you wanting to relisten again and again! my fav tracks are screwed and so afraid!

Megadeth - Peace Sells... but Who's Buying?

a really electric album with guitar solos that are invigoratingly thrashing! fav tracks are good mourning/black friday and bad omen!

Joey Valence & Brae - HYPERYOUTH

such a fun and energetic album, it balances the playfulness of their previous works with the more mature tracks with class! while i don't love it as much as their previous albums, it still holds its place firmly as a certified banger!

Goose - Chain Yer Dragon

if i had a nickel for every goose themed band releasing an album in 2025, i'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that its happening twice
anyways a very groovy album, it drags on a bit too long in my opinion but the amazing instrumentals make up for it! my fav tracks are empress of organos and madalena!

Conan Gray - Wishbone

after found heaven this is definitely a bit more to my liking production wise, lyrically the highlights of this album thankfully outshine the few generic tracks on here though it was quite moving as always! eleven eleven and actor are my fav tracks from this album!

jschlatt - A Very 1999 Christmas

why is this unironically good what the fuck

Deafheaven - Lonely People With Power

originally heard this from yt autoplay (revelator), and was intrigued by how amazingly harsh and intense both the production and the vocals are. speaking of the vocals, i only usually have a select few albums i listen to that do shouty vocals as i am unable to get into it, but George's vocals in this album are so emotional and balanced with the more melodic moments of the album that I can't help but be engrossed in it entirely.

Derek Luh & Skate - The Fortunate Few

he was good in gen V at least 🥲

Huremic - Seeking Darkness

despite the utter chaos in this album it all felt quite put together to make a beautiful cacophony of sounds making for an enjoyable experience, i really enjoyed this album and am looking forward to relistening! noise rock always hits the sweet spot!

John Michel - Egotrip

a very intense album that captures your attention through every step of the way, very lyrically dense while still able to give its message. i felt it a bit too overstimulating for me, but the instrumentals is quite a highlight of this album!

Björk - Vespertine

pure condensed ecstasy into an album. beautiful, otherworldly instrumentals and the most poetic, evocative songwriting i've heard from her.

Björk - Vulnicura
