I kept seeing everyone praising this record both on here and on Twitter, then noticed a lot of people call Spellling the "modern day Kate Bush" which really caught my attention. My expectations were somewhat high because of this - I was pleasantly surprised, perhaps even more than that.

Spellling's vocal delivery is as wild and bold as one should expect and I really appreciate her decision to do this because it makes for a fun and sensual experience. Opening track, 'Little Deer', is ... read more

Far more polished, deeper and mature than his previous projects, 21 Savage's second album is soaked in quality, wisdom and introspection. Straying away from his signature low-key beats, of which helped boost his career, 21 Savage presents something fresh.

Album opener, 'a lot', is a beautiful introspective track reflecting on his success, accompanied by J Cole who provides an analysis on the music industry on top of a beautifully sampled instrumental which not only provides quality to the ... read more

happy birthday to the album that started it all! Madonna’s debut is a spectacular collection of songs that perfectly encapsulate the sound of the 80’s. one of my favourite madonna songs of all time, ’lucky star’, opens this record and is filled with joy, happiness & can without a doubt put a smile on your face.

ASTROWORLD is a long complex world of emotion, debauchery and an immersive experience that really takes listeners into the mind of Travis Scott.

The record starts off promising and has a great run of solid tracks. The production is trippy and the features are interesting, it’s all one psychedelic trip. However, around the halfway mark, things start to fall flat and get sort of dull. Being 17 songs, 59 minutes in total, the issue is that at some point, given how extremely trippy the ... read more

'Birds' is a disappointing follow-up to 'Rodeo' largely because it does feel like a deluxe edition from its predecessor. That doesn't make it inherently bad it just makes it underwhelming. It's a hard album to follow, the production is at times, lazy, and does not strive to keep its listeners engaged. The guest features are interesting but does little to enhance the record. Could Travis have made a better album instead of rushing into one following Rodeo? For sure. There's little development ... read more
