J Dilla - Donuts

Favorite: Time: The donut of the heart,
Unbelievable album experience. Listening to Donuts from start to finish is like riding a roller coaster three times in a row. The transition and samples are just out of this world. Such an unique hip-hop album.

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
90

Favorite: Shine on you crazy diamond pts 1-5
The only problem I have with this album is that tracks 2 and 3 are comparatively boring than the rest of the album. pts 1-5 have an epic build-up, and Wish You Were Here is a classic. Although it is an amazing album, I wouldn't put it in the top 5 all time.

Pink Floyd - The Wall

Favorite: Another Brick in the Wall, Pt 2, Young Lust, Comfortably Numb
People think this album is filled with mids, but if you watch The Wall movie, you will realize the importance of every track. The post-modernism inside this album and the criticism towards education systems in the 70s, and the negative impact of war on civilians, is perfectly illustrated in this album. Have to give credit to Waters for almost solely writing everything on this album.

Pink Floyd - Animals

Favorite: Dogs, Sheep
Stunning. A well-made album from the album cover all the way to the mixing and concept. Pink Floyd presents this album to show they are one of the best progressive rock bands of all time.

Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon

Favorite: Us and Them
An overrated Pink Floyd album. The flow and concept are top tier level, but the 42-minute album feels a little boring and has little replay value. There are better PF albums.

Jeff Buckley - Grace

Favorite: Grace, So Real, lover you should come over
One of the greatest vocal performances, combined with superb production, formed this model Singer-Songwriter album that influenced every artist afterward.

The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
95

Favorite: She's Leaving Home, Within You Without You, Lucy in the sky with diamonds
This concept album is when the Beatles showcase their ability to experiment with stuff outside the music itself. Great album flow, but with some weaker tracks like Good Morning Good Morning. An album that substantially solidifies the Beatles as one of the greatest bands ever.

The Beatles - Abbey Road

Favorite: Golden Slumbers medley, Something, Because, Here comes the sun
An amazing A side with all four members putting out absolute classics, Come Together(John), Something(George), Oh!Darling(Paul), and Octopus's Garden(Ringo), with a symphonic B-side starting with Here Comes the Sun. This album showcases how the Beatles could put out the best music under any conditions. This album is simultaneously interesting and serious, with the fusion of long and short songs attracting the ... read more

The Beatles - The Beatles

Favorite: Happiness Is a Warm Gun, Blackbird, Helter Skelter
The quality of the amazing tracks on this album makes me wonder why there are tracks like Wild Honey Pie and Revolution 9 included in this 30-song album. I am one of the believers who thinks that if the white album were only one disc, it would be so much better. The amount of filler and mid-songs is unbelievably high, mostly on disc 2. However, there are some of the members' best work on it, and if there is a playlist for all the ... read more

SPELLLING - The Turning Wheel
95

Favorite: Little Deer, Boys at School, Queen of Wands.
Absolutely fascinating album; every track is consistently good and cohesive, yet not repetitive. I would place it somewhere near Vespertine, and I believe it will become one of the most classic Art pop albums of all time.

SPELLLING - Portrait of My Heart

Favorite: Destiny Arrives, Sometimes
The first time I listen to this is pretty underwhelming, took somewhat of a different path from her previous albums. Yet it becomes amazing when I hear it the second and third times, its a grower.

Fiona Apple - Tidal

favorite: Shadowboxer, the First Taste
definitely feel the tide when listening to this album, amazing.

my bloody valentine - loveless

Favorite: only shallow,i only said, soon
After the fifth listen, I finally got the hype for this album. I used to think it was pure noise, but then I felt the emotions through the full production and performances.

Lorde - Melodrama

Favorite: Hard Feelings/Loveless, Supercut
Pretty amazing production, but something about the vocal performance and melodic lines doesn't hit me as much as other pop albums, would give it more listens to determine if I like it or not.

Olivia Rodrigo - SOUR

Favorite: Deja Vu, Happier
Decent Pop album, don't really think the rock element is doing well. Some good songs, mostly generic pop songs. Overall, not the worst pop album ever.

Björk - Post

Favorite: Hyper-Ballad, I Miss You
I love the tribal element to this album, and the instrumental is amazing. As an album, the experience is way better than the debut, but the flow is quite disjointed like Homogenic. I would definitely return to this.

Björk - Debut
70

Favorite: Human Behaviour, Come to Me, Venus As a Boy
The inclusion of house and dance-pop in an art-pop album breaks the vibe, not loving those. Some decent tracks for sure, and instrumental performances like harps and some brass.

Björk - Homogenic

Favorite: Joga, Bachelorette
A more unique Björk project, though it might appear to be a little inconsistent in terms of the aesthetic, it is experimental and diverse. The trip hop and glich pop songs like Pluto is really appealing and well made. There are also more beautiful songs like Joga and All is full of love which make this album fantastic.

Fiona Apple - When the Pawn...
90

Favorite: On the Bound, Paper Bag, Get gone
This album solidifies Fiona as one of the best piano rock artist of all time for me; the vocal and piano just hit deep in my heart. Her best work by far imo.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out

Favorite: Chains&Whips, So Far Ahead
Diverse while pretty outdated in my opinion, although every song bangs, not many of them is surprising or unique to me. Solid Album.
