This album isn't something we've not heard before from Sabrina, I mean this feels like a long form extension of Short & Sweet, which wasn't a career defining album like people make it out to be.
Some of the parts on this album feel too uncomfortable or forced to even be put in a song - take the ending of Go Go Juice or the midsection of When Did You Get So Hot? (Which had so much potential to it as a song). They don't really feel like a coherent songs, instead of feels ... read more

the only reason you're listening to these songs is for the beat, which he didn't even produce, what talent does nettspend actually have?
each to their own i guess. i still haven't heard a good project from Stray Kids yet
I love how well this album is written it's actually unfathomable how beautiful this album is. It's clear that this album was written from a perspective where he wanted to put this out and it felt like he needed to. The adoration for his wife and giving hope to his child self about her is truly wonderful. His reflection on his childhood is super immersive and i feel welcome as a listener that I got to hear that and understand it.

This album had so much hope for me and it half met them expectations, the lyricism was pretty good, his vocals are just okay they aren't good and aren't bad, but I cannot get over that distorted vocal preset on nearly every song. It really makes a rough listen over the 37 minute run-time, it doesn't make it an easy listen.
The thing about this song is that it won't be liked by anyone else but Teezo Touchdown listeners. It's co-written by Teezo, there's additional vocals by Teezo, and there's a Teezo feature on this EP. It's INCREDIBLY clear the inspiration for this and that's why I think this'll be hated
This is an album for people that had one relationship and still makes it their personality 5 years later saying "they're the one that got away."
This album was straight up boring with earache vocals throughout, trying to use it's same formula of build up on every song for the final chorus (that's already been sung 3 times) with screaming beneath the vocal.
Vodka Cranberry (that horrible screaming part) and My World have to be on par with any of the songs from that ... read more
Insanely creative, wicked and haunting concept album from the perspective of a made up misfortune character titled Ethel Cain.
I'm impartial on this. The first 2 songs are VERY well done and that sample of Rebecca Black really fits into the song with Pink which was a perfect match for a feature choice.
But when you get to the other feature that being Bratty, it just feels like nothings actually been added to an already boring song. I also have the same critique for the following songs, they didn't really have much and didn't bring much to what I perceived to be an energetic EP from the first 2 songs. ... read more
35 -> 50
After briefly going through most of the gen 3, gen 4 and gen 5 music catalogues. I change my statements of a 35 from the first week this released. I think Whiplash and Kill It actually have alot to offer compared to what I said last time.
Although I don't think I was incorrect with some of my criticisms, Pink Hoodie is NOT good, it's extremely forgettable and boring song. I can say the same for Flowers, it got boring quick
Some of these songs feel like ive heard them already before and they weren't even singles. I think he had a creative direction on what he wanted these songs to sound like but the execution was far from good in the first half where he was making a different sound.
When he incorporated his old music and this newfound style he wanted instead of going 100% new, it was pretty solid and I wish we actually had more songs like 'treading water' and 'can't stay here'
