In Earl’s sophomore release, he delivers possibly his most personal and introspective project. The anxious and often times nihilistic lyrical themes, along side Earl’s apathetic, dark tone, creates a very powerful, yet melancholic album, which is only amplified by the gloomy production. IDLS shows Earl has ascended past his OF contemporaries, with a more focused album than his debut.
Favourite Tracks: Grief & Mantra.

There is a good case for billy woods being one of the most consistent rappers of this decade, especially including his work with Elucid. Great production all around, perfectly combined with woods' immaculate story telling. DO NOT SLEEP.

Juxtaposed to Earl’s full discography, EARL is playful and often times needlessly edgy. Although the rape/ murder gimmick falls short, as you progress into the tape; I must say that Earl showed heaps of potential here and the highs are substantial, in comparison to the project as a whole. The production is serviceable for the most part, courtesy of Tyler, The Creator.
Favourite Tracks: Couch & Luper.

The most evolutional point in his career. At this stage, Earl has transcended past the edgy theme, which his last tape consists of, with significantly more mature & eclectic lyrics. Doris portrays a side of Earl we have not witnessed yet & it thematically lays the foundations for his work in the future.
Favouite Tracks: Whoa & Chum.
