MY LOVE’S GONE!!
IGOR is a great album, it’s consistently amazing and it never feels boring. The only problem that I have is that I DON’T LOVE YOU ANYMORE is the obvious odd one out, and it even feels like it drags on for a bit too long despite it’s under 3 minute span. Aside from that, I think this album is nice, but it could definitely be better at some points.
Highlights: EARFQUAKE, A BOY IS A GUN*, GONE, GONE / THANK YOU
Least favorite: I DON’T ... read more
I’m not crying, you’re the one crying,,
Absolutely phenomenal track, that’s really all I have to say. It’s just perfect, especially if you know the context of it.
First listen, so I probably won’t have much to say! It’s very soothing, I liked the atmosphere it had for most of the album. I’ll make sure to check out the lyrics on later listens, as this has a great user score.
Highlights: Classical, Mary Boone, Hope
If I’m being honest, it isn’t even bad; it’s just really dull and boring, I wouldn’t see myself coming back to this. There are a few moments where it’s awkward or even cringey, but overall it kind of just feels like the same thing
Highlights: N/A
Took me a few listens, but I think I can finally appreciate it now. There’s nothing quite like it; it’s very experimental and aggressive, and it definitely demands your attention, but even that doesn’t stop it from being really good (I’d say that’s the reason it’s this good to begin with).
Highlights: Get Got, Hustle Bones, I’ve Seen Footage, Hacker
The Life of Pablo is one of Kanye’s best albums for sure, but it’s also really inconsistent. On one hand, it has my favorite song that he’s made (Saint Pablo), but on the other hand, the first half is hard to get through, even though it definitely has a few good songs.
As a full experience, it’s not that great, but the highlights are amazing.
Highlights: Father Stretch My Hands, Pt. 1, No More Parties In L.A., Saint Pablo
It’s like Nervous Young Man, but missing the REALLY good songs. Overall, it’s nice (and really hard to find for some reason)
Highlights: 2:24, Napoleon (March Into Russia), Unfinished: Pain Star (If Heaven Is Full of People…)
Great lyrics, unusual sound
Yeah, it’s good, but the sound is just too abstract for me if I’m being honest. Overall, I like it, but it could’ve been perfect if some things were tweaked with its production.
Highlights: Hidden Place, Pagan Poetry, Unison
Reminded me of 3 constantly, it’s definitely more polished though. Nothing much to say, really.
Highlights: the drum, happy news for sadness, something soon
Will must really like his (ex)partner if he dedicated 3 albums to them..
Well, this is DEFINITELY underrated more than anything. I personally loved it, except for Anchorite, which felt quite stretched out. Aside from that, I don’t have much to say, it’s just very good.
Highlights: Los Borrachos, Souls, Sleeping With Strangers
IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE LIKE THIIIISSS!! IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE LIKE THIIIIIIISSSS!!!
