I decided to just finish the Hum discography and there is just no reason for it to be this long like you could cut most of it and nothing would be lost

They keep fucking getting better dude this is actually the first band I've seen to have a linear growth in quality they keep topping themselves

(Relisten 2/12/26) I was too harsh on this one. It does have it's bland moments but the good songs are really good and I really like the vocalist

Managed to catch a rare moment where I actually was in the right mood for this one and actually enjoyed it. It's a rare moment because 1. This is VERY happy music, and I am very rarely in a mood to listen to happy music and 2. This is not an album that is designed to captivate you all the way through to the end. This is chill background music, and that's ok.

what the hell am I listening to dude

These guys were one of 5 bands I saw live last saturday, and they made such an impression that I walked out with a hoodie, t shirt, and 2 stickers, all from them. I was only planning on buying the hoodie but I didn't have a $10 bill and they didn't have change so I told the dude at the stand to keep the extra 10 and he felt bad and gave me all the other stuff lmao

I swear I don't keep rating slipknot albums 95 on purpose

One thing I really appreciate about this band that I find other bands struggle heavily with is that they actually make an effort to shake up their sound throughout the album so that it feels like an experience that was crafted to be progressed through rather than essentially just an hour long song that's broken up into different sections that all sound the same. The vocalist has some REALLY good vocal compositions for some parts but there's a minor issue in that he sucks booty ass
