revisiting because I miss this band, and amazed at how great the guitar work is on this record. this is really a guitar freaks outfit as Liz Ball and Monks often trade leads and both of them can shred, but it is Ball's Joey-Santiago-esque runs and riffs that seal the deal. she is a guitar goddess.
Soaring, exuberant, heavy rock in the vain of Pixies, but with a femininity all their own. This record fucking rocks.
