a story about being on the brink of fame.. but it’s still a little dull in its subject matter, but sonically it works. his hooks were really good too.

i enjoyed this (some parts more than others) but i wasn’t really blown away at all tbh. Kelis didn’t really feel like the STAR of the show, it felt more like her contributions were just good enough and could easily be replaced by anyone else. i also feel like some songs dragged on a bit too long when they didn’t really need to and i think she got upstaged by the collaborators, in fact i wanted to listen to Pusha T instead after i heard his verse. i hated the Teen Spirit cover, ... read more

if she had better lyrics this would probably be a 7+ because the vocals are so pretty however i dont see how she scrapped Have Mercy & Please Me for this to be her new lead…

i really like the chorus but i dont like the slowed down part
