Yeah this just lowk ass, right up there(or should I say down there) with Issa album and his most recent album
It’s aight, no memorable tracks other than Gatti, I feel like you would enjoy this if you’re a Travis fan
Great for a debut project, kinda crazy to think Denzel was barely 18 when he made this cuz there’s some pretty mature cuts on this
I know it’s a Halloween album but this shit hit different during Christmas
Pretty solid for a first project, I can see why some people *cough*whatsthebuzz*cough* think this is better than his debut
Carti’s energy on this is amazing,but my main problem with this album is the inconsistent production,sure there’s tracks like sky, over, Go2damoon etc but so many tracks sound like they were made on FL studio in 10 minutes and it’s should be like 15 tracks,24 is wayy too long
A better album than his previous one, but there is an awkward middle part in the album when it’s gets a bit boring although it does redeem itself by the end, overall a great project from Dave, excited to see what he does next
The production is meh and there are too many songs that are made for charting but the album is saved by tracks like Lesley,Streatham,Drama etc.
The only thing holding Dave back is the production, if in the future he gets to work with better producers, his next album could be one for the ages
Has the potential to be their best but unfortunately has way too many skits, some of them are good but others take you out of the album
Didn’t know who de la was before this and went in expecting some gangsta boom bap, but wow.. just WOW this is amazing
